Ltd. and its affiliates (collectively known as “Yutaka”), manage personal data which is subject to the Act. We respect and protect individual personal data. We aims to comply with the requirements of the PDPA and to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in personal data we collected from you. · required by any officer of a prescribed law enforcement agency, upon production of written authorisation signed by the head or director of that law enforcement agency or a person of a similar rank, certifying that the personal data is necessary for the purposes of the functions or duties of the officer
· unless permitted by PDPA or by law
